Responsibilities

  • Accounting of service contracts, current service provision contracts, registry maintenance
  • Analysis, classification, reporting and provision of basic lease agreements
  • Work with cooperating banks: preparation of documents, exchange and maintenance of document register
  • Implementation and accounting of document exchange with the legal service
  • Drafting of civil legal contracts
  • Calculation of discounts set for tenants, preparation of orders
  • Carrying out ongoing assignments of the Technical/Administrative Director

 

Requiered qualifications

  • Higher Education
  • Good knowledge of Armenian,Russian and English languages
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to learn and navigate quickly
  • Flexibility
  • Detail Oriented
