Job Responsibilities

  1. Daily and General Cleaning of Premises
    Ensure cleanliness and hygiene throughout Yerevan Mall's premises, including offices, restrooms, corridors, food court areas, elevators, cinema, kids’ entertainment center, and other public spaces—creating a clean and hygienic environment for both customers and employees.

  2. Proper and Efficient Use of Cleaning Supplies
    Utilize modern cleaning equipment and products effectively and economically, in line with established cleanliness standards.

  3. Maintenance of Equipment and Materials
    Ensure proper storage and care of all cleaning tools and materials, following the prescribed procedures to maintain their long-term usability.

  4. Compliance with Sanitary Norms and Prompt Response
    Adhere to hygiene and sanitation rules; respond promptly to any detected issues or irregularities.

  5. Polite and Courteous Behavior with Customers
    Interact with customers in a polite and respectful manner, contributing to a positive and welcoming environment in the mall.

  6. Monitoring Area Condition and Reporting Supply Needs
    Before beginning cleaning tasks, inspect assigned areas, identify additional needs (e.g., paper towels, soap, sanitizers), and report them in a timely manner to the supervisor for replenishment.
